Overview
Kulliyyah of Education is driven by the core values; integration of knowledge, promoting thinking skills, cultivating an Islamic culture, and conducting educational research. We believe that it is through education that one can nurture and instill the Islamic values, to develop a well-rounded human being.
We concentrate in providing educational opportunities to all. We strive for equity in education, through tailor made courses. Our courses focus on developing educational leaders equipped with both Islamic and contemporary knowledge, and skills.
Our academic staff comprises lecturers with diverse real-world experience in the teaching profession, who inspires and motivates students to achieve excellence in their academic pursuit. We are geared towards conducting research in various fields of education. Through high-level research and publication, we believe we would be recognized in the global world in the near future. Through collaboration and exchange programmes with other universities, we look forward in making Kulliyyah of Education one of the best teacher training provider In Sha Allah.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
In my 13 years of teaching career, I have learnt that among many others, teaching is one of the noblest professions. It is a profession where after each lesson, you feel content that you have done something worthwhile to change the mindset of at least one student in the class. As teachers, we not only teach the subject matter, but also teach our students, Islamic values and ethics that lead to their good character building.
In the past 5 years, Kulliyyah of Education (KED) has spread its programmes to many corners of the Maldives, allowing a wide range of students in the country to take part in teacher training. We believe that every student is different, and every student should have the opportunity to climb the higher education ladder even if it is starting at the foundation level. We teach students to explore their hidden ability with the guidance of their teachers. These students then spread their knowledge at their work environment and transfer this knowledge to their own students creating a network of learners.
Many may ask about the uniqueness of the programmes offered at KED. All the programmes offered here are blended with Islamic and contemporary knowledge. We believe in producing graduates that are successful in this world and the hereafter. We not only educate minds, but also inculcate Islamic values so as to nurture their souls. These graduates, as meaningful beings, uplift and motivate others in doing good, and spread natural sense of altruism and care for others in the society.

ތަފްސީލު
ކުއްލިއްޔާ އޮފް އެޑިޔުކޭޝަން އަކީ ވަރަށް މުހިންމު އަގުތަކަކުން ހިތްވަރު ލިބިގެން ހިނގަމުންދާ ތަނެކެވެ. މިތަނުގެ މައިގަނޑު އަގުތަކުގެ ތެރޭގައި ޢިލްމާއި މަޢުރިފާ ލާމެހުމާއި، ވިސްނުމުގެ ހުނަރުތައް ކުރިއެރުވުމާއި، އިސްލާމީ ސަޤާފަތް އާލާކުރުމާއި، ތަރުބަވީ ދިރާސާތައް ކުރުން ހިމެނެއެވެ. އަހަރުމެން ޤަބޫލު ކުރަނީ ވަޒަންހަމަ އިންސާނަކު ތަރައްގީ ކުރެވޭނީ އިސްލާމީ އަގުތައް އެމީހެއްގެ ކިބައިގައި އަށަގެންނެވުމާ އެކު ދެވޭ ތަރުބިޔަތަކުން ކަމަށެވެ.
އަހަރެމެންސަމާލުކަން ހުރީ އެންމެންނަށްވެސް ތަޢުލީމު ޙާޞިލު ކުރުމުގެ ފުރުޞަތު ހޯދައިދިނުމަށެވެ. މިގޮތުން އަހަރުމެން މަސައްކަތް ކުރަނީ މިކަމަށް އެންމެ އެކަށޭނަ ގޮތަށް އަހުރެމެން އަމިއްލައަށް ކޯސްތައް ފަރުމާ ކޮށްގެން ހަމަހަމަ ކަމާއި އެކު މިފުރުޞަތު ހޯދައި ދިނުމަށެވެ.
އަހަރުމެންގެ ކޯސްތަކުގެ މައިގަނޑު ބޭނުމަކީ ތަޢުލީމީ ދާއިރާގެ ލީޑަރުން ތަކެއް އުފެއްދުމެވެ. އަދި މިލީޑަރުންނަކީ އެންމެ ޒަމާނީ ޢިލްމާއި ހުނަރާ އެކު އިސްލާމީ ފިކުރާއި އަގުތައްވެސް އަށަގެންފައިވާ ބަޔަކަށް ހެދުމެވެ.
އަހަރުމެންގެ ފަންނީ މުވައްޒަފުން އެކުލަވާލެވިފައި ވަނީ ކިޔަވައިދިނުމުގެ ދާއިރާގައި، ސީދާ ޢަމަލީ މައިދާނުން ތަޖުރިބާތައް ލިބިފައިވާ ފުންނާބުއުސް މުދައްރިސުންތަކަކުންވެ. ދަރިވަރުންނަށް ހިތްވަރުދީ ތަޢުލީމީގޮތުން ރަންވަނަ ޙާޞިލު ކުރުމަށް މި މުދައްރިސުން، ދަރިވަރުންނަށް ބާރު އަޅައެވެ. އަހަރުމެން އަމާޒު ހިފާފައި މިވަނީ ތަޢުލީމީ ދާއިރާގެ އެކި ތަޚައްޞުޞުތަކުން ޢިލްމީ ދިރާސާތައް ހެދުމަށެވެ. މަތީ ފަންތީގައި ހިމެނޭ ދިރާސާތައް ހަދައި ޝާއިޢުކޮށްގެން ދުނިޔޭގެ ފެންވަރުގައި ބަލައިގަންނަ ތަނަކަށް މި ކުއްލިއްޔާ ވެގެން ދިއުމަކީ ދެކޭ ހުވަފެނެކެވެ. އެހެން ޤައުމު ތަކުގެ ޔުނިވަރސިޓީ ތަކާ އެކު އޮންނަ އެއްބާރުލުންތަކާއި ދެފަރާތުން ބައިވެރިވާ ގޮތަށް ކުރިއަށް ގެންދެވޭ ހަރަކާތްތަކުގެ އެހީގައި މި ކުއްލިއްޔާ އަކީ، ޓީޗަރުން ތަމްރީނު ކުރާ އެންމެ ރަނގަޅު އެއްތަން ކަމުގައި ﷲ ގެ ވާގިފުޅާ އެކު ހަދާނަމެވެ.

އުގަންނައިދިނުމުގެ 13 އަހަރުގެ ދިގު މުއްދަތުގައި އަޅުގަނޑަށް ދަސްވި އެއް ކަމަކީ ކިޔަވައިދިނުމަކީ ވަރަށް މާތް މަސައްކަތެއް ކަމެވެ. ކޮންމެ ފިލާވަޅެއް ކިޔަވައިދީ ނިމުމަށް ފަހު، ކޮންމެވެސް އެއްކުއްޖެއްގެ ނަމަވެސް ވިސްނުމަށް ހެޔޮބަދަލެއް ގެނެވޭނެ ފަދަ މަސައްކަތެއް ކުރެވިއްޖެ ކަމުގެ ހިތް ހަމަޖެހުން ލިބެއެވެ. ޓީޗަރުންގެ ހައިސިއްޔަތުން އަހުރެމެން ހަމައެކަނި ކިޔަވައިދެނީ ކަނޑައެޅިފައިވާ މާއްދާ އެކަންޏެއް ނޫނެވެ. ދަރިވަރުންގެ ނަފްސު ހަރުދަނާ ކޮށް ބައްޓަން ކުރުމަށް ބޭނުންވާ އިސްލާމީ އަގުތަކާއި އަޚްލާޤުވެސް ދަސްކޮށްދެމެވެ.
ފާއިތުވީ 5 އަހަރު ދުވަހުގެ ތެރޭގައި ކުއްލިއްޔާ އޮފް އެޑިޔުކޭޝަންގެ ޕްރޮގްރާމްތައް ރާއްޖޭގެ ވަރަށްގިނަ ސަރަހައްދު ތަކަށް ފޯރުކޮށް ދެވިއްޖެއެވެ. މީގެ ސަބަބުން ވަރަށްގިނަ ދަރިވަރުންނަށް ޓީޗަރުން ތަމްރީނު ކުރުމުގެ ޕްރޮގްރާމް ތަކުގައި ބައިވެރިވާން ފުރުޞަތު ލިބިއްޖެއެވެ.
ކޮންމެ ކުއްޖަކީ ވެސް ތަފާތު ކުއްޖެކެވެ. އަދި ކޮންމެ ކުއްޖަކަށްވެސް މަތީ ތަޢުލީމުގެ ހަރުފަތްތައް ގިރާކުރުމުގެ ފުރުޞަތު ލިބެންވާނެ ކަމަށް ވެސް ގަބޫލު ކުރަމެވެ. އެއީ ފައުންޑޭޝަން ލެވެލް އިން ފެށިގެން ކަމުގައި ވިޔަސްމެއެވެ. މުދައްރިސުންގެ އެހީތެރި ކަމާއި އިރުޝާދާ އެކު އަހުރެމެން މަސައްކަތް ކުރަނީ ދަރިވަރުންގެ ގެއްލިފައިވާ ހުނަރުތައް ކަޝްފު ކޮށްދޭށެވެ. މި ހިސާބުން މިދަރިވަރުން ވެސް އެމީހުންގެ މަސައްކަތުގެ މާޙައުލުގަޔާއި ކިޔަވައިދޭ ދަރިވަރުންނަށް މި ދަސްވި އެއްޗެއް ފޯރު ކޮށްދެއެވެ. މީގެ ސަބަބުން އުނގެނޭ ފަރާތްތަކުގެ ވިއުގަ އިތުރަށް ފުޅާ ވެގެން ދެއެވެ.
ކުއްލިއްޔާ އޮފް އެޑިޔުކޭޝަންގެ ޕްރޮގްރާމް ތައް ޚާއްޞަވަނީ ކޮންގޮތަކުންކަމާ މެދު ބައެއް ފަރާތްތަކުން ސުވާލު ކޮށްފާނެ އެވެ. ފާހަގަކޮށްލަން ޖެހޭ އެންމެ މުހިންމު ކަމަކީ މިތަނުގެ ހުރިހާ ޕްރޮގްރާމް ތަކެއް ވެސް ފަރުމާ ކުރެވިފައިވަނީ އެންމެ ފަހުގެ ޒަމާނީ ޢިލްމާއި ހުނަރުގެ ތެރެއަށް އިސްލާމީ ނަޒަރާއި އަގުތައް ލާމަހައިގެން ކަމެވެ. އަހުރެމެން ގަބޫލު ކުރަނީ އަދި މަސައްކަތް ކުރަނީ ދުނިޔެއާއި އާޚިރަތުގެ ބާއްޖަވެރިކަން ޙާޞިލް ކުރުމަށް މަސައްކަތް ކުރާ ބަޔަކު މިތަނުން ތަރުބިޔަތު ކުރުމަށެވެ. އަހުރެމެންގެ ތަރުބިޔަތު އަމާޒު ކުރަނީ ހަމައެކަނި ދަރިވަރުންގެ ފިކުރީ ތަރައްގީއަކަށް ނޫނެވެ. އެމީހުންގެ ރޫޙީ ތަރައްގީ އަށް ބޭނުންވާ އިސްލާމީ އަގުތައްވެސް އަހުރެމެން ދަސްކޮށްދެމެވެ. އަގުހުރި ބައެއްގެ ހައިސިއްޔަތުން، ހެޔޮލަފާ ރަނގަޅު ކަންކަން ކުރަން މި ދަސްވެނިން އެހެންމީހުންނަށް ހިތްވަރުދީ ރޫޙުއާލާ ކުރެއެވެ. އަދި އަނެކާއަށް އިސްކަންދިނުމުގެ ޠަބީޢީ އިހުސާސް އަށަގެންނެވުމަށާއި، އެހެންމީހުންނަށް އަޅާލުމުގެ ސިފަ މުޖުތަމަޢުގައި ފަތުރައެވެ.
